UU Power & Light masterclass¶

Finding critical vulnerabilities in industrial systems is easy. Convincing leadership to fix them is not.

In this masterclass, you either bring an existing PoC or make a convincing PoC using the simulator. Then you have sixty minutes to brief the people who matter.

Your audience includes UU Power & Light’s leadership and, ultimately, Lord Vetinari himself. They will ask about cost, operational impact, regulatory exposure, and whether you are quite certain you understand how their city actually functions.

“Just unplug it” will not be accepted. Neither will “best practice says”.

This roleplay exercise teaches the skill most security professionals never get trained in: translating technical risk into operationally grounded decisions that survive scrutiny and result in funding, not polite nods.

Run standalone as a reporting and decision-making exercise, or as the final act following discovery -> defend -> report.
