Rootways of the World Tree (@Internet)ΒΆ
The internet runs on protocols that trust what they are told. BGP believes the route it is handed, DNS believes the answer it receives, TCP believes the sequence number that fits the window. Each protocol below is followed to where its misplaced trust leads: a prefix hijacked, a session wrenched off path, a query amplified into a flood, a covert channel run through a header nobody inspects. The protocol is the ground; the tree is everything that grows out of a single false assumption. Where the same collapse happens inside one organisation, on its local routing, it is drawn in Patches.
